Stalkr tracks mentions across X, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn for the keywords you choose: your product, brand, competitors, founder name, feature names, or niche phrases your customers use.

02Do people need to tag my account?+

No. Stalkr is built for keyword monitoring, so it can catch public conversations where someone mentions your product or category without tagging you.

03Can I choose my own categories?+

Yes. You decide the categories that matter to your workflow. Where platform policy allows, Stalkr uses AI to file mentions into those categories. YouTube API mentions remain exact and are not assigned derived categories or sentiment.

04What counts as a mention?+

A mention is a public post, reply, thread, or comment that matches one of your tracked keywords or aliases. Stalkr dedupes and organizes them so you are not reviewing the same signal twice.

05How do email alerts work?+

You can get email alerts for mentions you cannot afford to miss, like urgent complaints, bug reports, false claims, high-intent buying threads, or creator shout-outs.

06Can Stalkr alert my AI agent when a new mention is found?+

Yes. Signed webhooks can send a mention.created event as soon as Stalkr finds a match. Your agent can then read the mention, source, context, engagement, and status through MCP or the API.

07Does Stalkr have an API and MCP server?+

Yes. Stalkr exposes its supported workflows through a versioned REST API and an authenticated MCP server, so agents can manage projects, keywords, mentions, alerts, categories, saved views, and webhooks with the same permissions and limits as the dashboard.

08Do I need to be a developer to connect an AI agent?+

No. The dashboard works normally, and OAuth-enabled MCP clients such as ChatGPT can connect without pasting an API key. Developers can also use scoped API keys, OpenAPI, and signed webhooks for custom systems.

09Does Stalkr reply automatically?+

No. Stalkr finds and organizes the important mentions, but you stay in control of the response. Use it to decide when to reply, fix, follow up, save a testimonial, or correct misinformation.

10Can I track competitors?+

Yes. Add competitor names, handles, product names, or comparison phrases to see what their users praise, complain about, request, or consider switching away from.
